This scheme has been designed for people who have the ability to become the future leaders of SOCA and work across all operations and directorates. We are interested in people from any background, not just those who work in the sectors you might think are most relevant, such as policing or security. We recruit on the basis of skills and leadership ability, not just on past experience.
